We are appealing to all our patients to contact us by phone or via our e-consult on-line system for all enquiries and only to come to the surgery building if they have a pre-booked appointment. It is becoming increasingly difficult to manage a crowded front door area when people are using the intercom to ask questions - sometimes complex ones - on the doorstep. We dont believe this is a way to deliver safe, confidential or dignified care and we are constantly striving to do this witihin the constraints of keeping everyone safe.

We encourage people to  tell us when they have been frustrated in accessing services so we can adapt and evolve .
