Now that the surgery doors are locked during the working day we have installed a video intercom to make things a little easier if you do have to come to the surgery for an appointment.

We look forward to the day when we can open our doors again and welcome all our patients into the surgery the way we always have. In the meantime we are trying to make things as easy as possible for the very small number of pateints who have reason to come to the surgery.

We are working hard to make sure that we can look after our patients without them having to come to the surgery at all as this means they are staying at home where they are safe. Our phones are busy at the moment and our team is depleted but please be patient and you will get through. You can also use e-Consult to get suppotr and advice on-line by visiting our website home page and following the prompts that pop-up.

Please stay at home if you can. A lot of people are worrying about ordering their medication but we will find a way to help you without you having to come to the surgery to drop it off. If you do drop off a paper request you can pop it through the letter box at any time without having to speak to anyone.

The intercom system is installed on the front door - the door you can see from the pavement. This means the back door leading in from the patient car park is locked at all times and you will only be able to enter or speak to our receptionist via the intercom at the front door. Please bear this in mind if you are coming to the surgery by car.
