Prescription requests times are 72 hours (3 days)

Repeat Prescription Requests

Please allow 72 hours (3 working days) for us to process repeat prescription requests.

This timeframe allows our prescription team and clinicians enough time to safely review and process your request.

Please make sure you order your medication in plenty of time and, where possible, avoid waiting until you have run out.

Please note: Weekends and bank holidays are not included within the 72-hour processing time.

Once your prescription has been processed by the practice, your chosen pharmacy may also require additional time to prepare your medication for collection.
