Thank you so much for supporting our Carers and Military Veterans event today (Wednesday, 16th August 2023)
Thank you to Vicky, our Social Prescriber, from Social Prescribing Sefton, along with the Carers association, Alzheimer's/Dementia services, Life rooms and other supportive services who attended and talked with our patients.
If you didn't receive a text or know someone who should have been invited, please let us know so we can ensure their medical records are coded as a Carer or a Military Veteran. We would like to make this an annual event.
