PATCHS - Online consultation service

Register for PATCHS for quick and easy access to GP services

Patients and carers can register for PATCHS, our online consultation service, which allows you to contact the practice using a computer, tablet or smartphone.

PATCHS can be used for non-urgent medical and administrative requests, including:

  • Reporting symptoms or asking for advice from your GP practice
  • Requesting help with a health concern
  • Accessing health information and guidance
  • Contacting the practice without needing to telephone or attend in person

Using PATCHS can save you time and may help avoid unnecessary travel to the surgery.

PATCHS does not replace face-to-face appointments. If you need to be seen in person, the practice team will arrange this where appropriate.

PATCHS is the process for NHS non-urgent on-line consultations. It is available for use whilst the surgery is open. If you are unable to access PATCHS, please telephone the surgery on 01704 575133

When is PATCHS available?

PATCHS is available while the surgery is open. It should only be used for non-urgent requests.

If you are unable to access PATCHS, please telephone the surgery on 01704 575133.

For urgent medical help when the practice is closed, please contact NHS 111. In a medical emergency, please call 999.
