We are excited to announce the installation of our new telephone system on the 9th of January, 2024, which marks a significant upgrade for our

practice. The system is expected to go live between 11 am and 2 pm.


In response to recent issues where patients were unexpectedly cut off during phone calls, we have implemented a ring-back service as part of the new system. This feature allows patients to opt for a call-back from our receptionist once they have reached their queue position, ensuring that their call is not disconnected.


Additionally, for those calling from a withheld number, the system will prompt them to input their phone number. It is important to note that the system will only make one call-back attempt, so we kindly request that you remain near the phone if you are expecting a call-back.


We believe this new telephone system will significantly enhance patient communication and improve their overall experience when contacting our practice.
